Registration

To register, download the registration form, or stop by the Welcome Desk in our Atrium and pick up an application. Fill it out and return the application with a $50 non-refundable registration fee to Esther Erickson. Registration forms will be accepted by mail or in person beginning in January for the following year. Applications will be randomly selected, with preference given to current preschool and Wheaton Bible Church families.  The majority of registrations are accepted and processed with no difficulty.

The health examination form is available for download and must be filled out by your health provider and returned to the preschool before your child begins preschool in the fall.
