Canada GO Teams

For the past fifteen years, Wheaton Bible Church has sent GO Teams to the Whitefish River First National Reserve in Ontario, Canada. This year we plan on expanding this outreach to spend two weeks in the community and utilize a unique GO Team for each week. Week One opportunities include spending time with women, children, and teenagers doing youth leadership training, community work projects such as painting, mowing and trimming, and sharing meals with the community. Our Week Two team will spend time in the community with Native Families, utilizing a retreat concept.

Activities both weeks will provide opportunities to build relationships and share God’s love. God is working among Native American and First Nations peoples, and many are opening their hearts to Him. We are excited to see what He will do in 2012. Would you consider joining Him for a week—or both weeks? Families are welcome.


Approximate cost: One week: $1,650/family, $1,400 /individual Both weeks: $2,000 /family, $1,750/individual
