Scott Gration; retired Major General, United States Air Force, and former envoy to the Sudan, recently appointed United States Ambassador to Kenya, will be speaking at Windsor Park on Saturday, February 4 at 10:00 AM on the topic, “Kenya at the Crossroads”.
