How I came into relationship with Jesus Christ
When I was 10 or 11 there was an old fashioned alter call at the little Baptist church our family was attending. My mom went to pray and I went to give my life to Jesus. My mom and I were baptized together.
How I came to Wheaton Bible Church
We visited one Sunday morning in February and we never left. I became a staff member in November of that same year.
What I do at Wheaton Bible Church
I get to participate in the best position at Wheaton Bible Church- assisting people to connect into Community Life through Adult Classes, Community Groups and other venues. I support the Adult Ministries and play the role of Group Life Coordinator on the Communily Life Team.
Why I do what I do
First, I do this because I love it. I love doing this because I do not want anyone to be lost in the big halls of our building. My passion is to see people in fellowship, in community life, growing in closer relationship with Christ and with others. Life is fast and short so the goal is to seize the day and in each moment know Jesus more and being with others with that same goal helps you achieve it.
