How I came into relationship with Jesus Christ: During my senior year of high school, I realized there was a void in my life that success in sports and academics could not fill. Through attending a youth Bible study, I turned my life over to the Lord and committed to follow Him forever.
How I came to Wheaton Bible Church: We moved from Minnesota in 1996 and were attracted to WBC by the biblical teaching, children and student ministries and emphasis on global missions.
What I do at Wheaton Bible Church: Serve the Senior Pastor and church staff to help them accomplish their ministry goals by overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing leadership to finance & stewardship, HR, administration, operations, Global Outreach, and Local Impact.
Why I do what I do: To glorify God by providing God-honoring, servant leadership that will bring others into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. I love the church and the impact it makes for eternity.

Studied: Accounting & Mathematics at Augustana College in South Dakota

Previous work: I started my career as an auditor with a public accounting firm and then directed an internal audit department for a large retail organization. Sue and I served as missionaries in Belgium for two years and then I served that church denomination in their US offices in the area of missions and finances. Prior to joining the church staff, I was a partner in a CPA firm providing audit and consulting services to churches and other evangelical organizations.

My favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6
