Join us on the first day of the Alpha Course and see how you like it. You will enjoy a delicious free meal and hear an interesting talk entitled, "Christianity: Boring, Untrue and Irrelevant?"
WHO IS ALPHA FOR?
Alpha is for everyone, regardless of religious or spiritual background. It is especially geared for:
- Those who would not call themselves a Christian
- Those who don't regularly attend a church
- Anyone wanting to investigate Christianity
WHAT IS ALPHA?
- The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith.
- It is a safe and non-threatening environment to ask questions about God, faith and life.
- It is relaxed, low-key, friendly and fun.
WHAT HAPPENS AT ALPHA?
- The Meal: Each meeting begins with a meal and a chance to relax and unwind from the day
- The Talk: After the meal we will present a thought-provoking talk on various issues relevant to the Christian faith.
- The Discussion: The talk is followed by time to discuss any questions or issues raised from the meeting's topic. No question is unacceptable and all views are welcome.
WHERE DO I GO?
On Wednesday morning, enter at the main entrance and proceed upstairs to the first door on your left, room 206.
On Thursday night, drive around to the back of the building, park in the West parking lot, and enter in the door marked N3. We will have Alpha signs out to direct people, and greeters at the door. We meet in Auditorium A.

Jan. 20, 2010 - Mar. 24 9:30 - 11:30 am - Room 206, Upper Level
Thursday evenings (all invited):
Jan. 21, 2010 - Mar. 25 6:30 - 8:30 pm - Auditorium A, Lower Level.
Invite a friend, neighbor or co-worker and come the first day to try it out.
Alpha runs for 10 weeks.
Pre-arranged child-care is available.
