Dear Parents,

At Wheaton Bible Church we believe that communion is an important ordinance that should be understood by everyone participating in it. In our efforts to partner with parents in their quest to see their children love God, grow together and reach the world, we are offering an opportunity for children to learn about the meaning, background and practice of communion. We will be holding a two-part class on October 15, 6:30-8:30pm in Warehouse A. The class is geared for those in 3rd through 6th grade. Registration deadline is October 13.

We believe parents need to be actively involved in their child’s education of communion because children who take communion do so with their families. In order for a child to participate in the communion class, registration is required and a parent must accompany him/her, as the information provided will be for both of you.

This class has a fresh, new look. The first part will be a Seder meal showing God’s plan for redemption that has been revealed from the very beginning. The second part looks at what communion symbolizes and how we practice this ordinance here at Wheaton Bible Church. Come join us for a fun, interactive and informative evening.

God’s blessings,
