Family Fun Events

Throughout the year, you and your family can enjoy family fun events. These provide fun, low-key settings for everyone to learn of God's love for them. We encourage you and your family to invite friends and neighbors to these special events.

Good Good Friday (Spring) Tickets on Sale March 14, 2010

Good Good Friday is a popular event for families with children (K-6th grade) that includes a family worship time, a

drama presentation and a special family craft. Each activity increases a child’s understanding of the sacrifice Christ

made on the cross.

Friday, April 2

Family Time 1, 9:00-11:30 am

(family craft then drama)

Family Time 2, 10:30 am-1:00 pm

(drama then family craft)

Seating is limited. Tickets are $20 per family and includes one craft per family. Purchase your tickets by March 28 at the

Children’s Welcome Desk on the main and lower levels or online at www.wheatonbible.org/Family_Fun_Events.

CAUTION: the drama includes scenes of pushing and whipping Jesus. Therefore, this part of the morning may not be appropriate for younger or more sensitive children. Childcare for four years and younger is available during the drama.

Glory Kids Choir Musical (Spring)

Every spring, Glory Kids Choir performs a heartwarming and uplifting musical that teaches you and your family an important story from the Bible.

Neighborhood Bible Clubs (Summer)

Families all over the area host weeklong Bible clubs in their backyards. During that time, kids entering K through 6th grade play games, make crafts, sing and learn about God's love for them.

Building a Christmas Memory (Winter)

Families will experience the power of Christmas in a whole new way through building a gingerbread nativity and watching a Christmas drama by the WBC A&B Players.
