As leaders you are sometimes called to step into complex and difficult situations. You are often required to engage others in the most challenging times of their lives. It can be hard. It can be awkward. It can be demanding. Sometimes it means stepping into the middle of a mess.
Yet as leaders in the local church, this is exactly where God would have us be, extending His love and compassion, caring and guiding through the power of His Word and His Spirit. So many times it is there—in the mess—that God does His most beautiful work.
As we prepare to move into a new season of ministry, we invite you to join us for our Leader Launch program. You’ll hear a fresh vision for the year from Pastor Rob Bugh and receive practical instruction for embracing your role as a leader and co-laborer for Christ.
