They study the Bible with students and build relationships through English, Sports and Travel. They are currently in the U.S. visiting family and friends and will be in the Global Outreach Center this Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010 between all services. Please stop by and greet them along with their three children, Robbie (11), Brianne (9) and Sarah (7).

- This past summer Brian led Summer Impact Japan, a 6 week program for American college students to build intentional relationships with Japanese college students. Pray: That God would use these students in His Kingdom. (Matthew 9:36-38)
- Margery continues to host regular outreach times for women in their home, partnering with local Japanese staff. Please Pray: For life-changing faith for these women. (Mark 11:24)
- Praise: Brian & Margery celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary this past June 4. Brian is so thankful to the Lord for such a godly and caring wife. Pray: That their love would grow deeper. (Philippians 1:9-11)
- Praise for the good response of freshmen students - 10-15 have been a part of weekly bible studies! Please pray: For the Word to bear fruit and grow in the heart of these students.
- Of the Van Zante’s group of 10 juniors who have been studying the bible together for over 2 years, half of them are studying abroad this year! Pray: For these students as they leave their home culture. Pray: For these students to come back with changed lives as a result of the Christian influences they meet while overseas. Pray: That they will seek God and find Him.
- Praise: For good connections to US and side ministries for these juniors studying abroad.
- Please Pray: For good transition as a family as the Van Zante’s return to Japan Sept. 16.
