CareFest

The goal of CareFest is to build bridges of love and compassion into our community. We will spend one Saturday in May serving schools, parks, our local ministry partners and local not-for-profits. By serving sacrificially, we communicate that we care and love our community. CareFest is an opportunity to fulfill Jesus' command to serve one another and to learn about the needs in our community. We hope your Community Group, AC and/or family finds a place where you can serve on a regular basis.

What Is CareFest?

CareFest is an annual, two-day expression of area churches to build relationships throughout DuPage County by serving and loving others in Jesus name.

May 14-15, our church joined other 14 other area churches to clean up, paint, landscape, and repair schools, parks, not-for-profit organizations, and homes. 

On Saturday, about 1,000 people from our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking congregations, and dozens of people from eight other churches served at sites on the north side of the county. On Sunday, May 15, about six churches in south Wheaton worshiped together, then served together in the community.

Why We Serve

Carefest is a great way for the church to build bridges to the community and to demonstrate with our actions what we have been declaring with our words. For the last three years several churches from Dupage County have served together to build bridges of love and compassion.
