If you've lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, it may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. Not many people understand the deep hurt you're facing, and you may be feeling confused, isolated, or have questions about things you've never faced before. GriefShare is a weekly support group that can help you through this process. It meets most Monday evenings through the fall and winter/spring, taking a break during the summer.
Monday evenings, September 10 - December 10, 2018
6:30–8:00 pm, Room 151 (across from the WBC Library)
GriefShare groups help you face the challenges of loss and help you move toward rebuilding your life. Each GriefShare session offers a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery followed by discussion on what was presented. The GriefShare workbook provides additional tools to help you through the week.
